The Darke County Board of Developmental Disabilities is required to notify individuals, parents, guardians and the public annually about various topics.  These notices are listed below.

Annual Action Plan

The Darke County Board of Developmental Disabilities approves the Annual Action Plan at the November Board meeting for the following calendar year.  Copies of the Plan are available in the Administrative Offices of the Board.

The Administrative Resolution of Complaints Procedure is available to consumers and families who need to resolve issues or problems with the County Board.  A complete copy of the procedure is available upon request or can be viewed by clicking the link below.

Waiting Lists

Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) specifies the way waiting lists will function at county boards of Developmental Disabilities.  There are now specific priority groups for waiver services.  Contact the Community Services Department at (937) 548-3350 to find out how the waiting list works or to check your status on the waiting list.
